Our Federal Government client is currently seeking an experienced Service Desk Analyst to join their team on a contractual basis. As the Service Desk Analyst you will be supporting the Service Desk Manager in the administration of matters relating to provision of planning and delivery support activities to staff on core business operations and processes. The role is responsible for undertaking work that is moderately complex in nature using your expertise in the area of IT systems and infrastructure. Please note, during different times there will be a requirement for work outside standard business hours.
