APS4 Customer Service Officer

7 month contract with the possibility of extension | Geelong VIC Location | Hourly rate of $41.64 plus superannuation

Our Federal Government client is currently seeking an experienced Customer Service Officer to join their team at the APS4 level. Within this role, you will be responsible for investigating and resolving outstanding payment requests that have been rejected in the Department portals.

Your responsibilities will also include;

  • Engaging with internal and external stakeholders to resolve payment enquiries
  • Processing manual payments when required
  • Working to resolve payment issues, guided by legislation, policies and standards
  • Contributing to decision-making within the team
  • Ensuring knowledge and compliance with legislative, financial and administrative frameworks

    Previous experience in a similar role providing a high level of customer service be highly regarded.
