We are currently seeking an APS4 Client Service Officer to join our ACT Government client on a contractual basis. Within this role, you will be responsible for delivering and supporting high quality client focused services. This will include providing concierge functions, assisting in self-service options and guiding them to the appropriate person or area that will best assist them.
Your responsibilities will also include; Providing a high level of administrative support including tracking of files, correspondence and secretariat support and receiving and processing a range of documentation Provide information and advice to clients in person and via telephone and work cooperatively with internal and external stakeholders Maintain high quality record keeping practices Work effectively within a small team
Your background; Experience within the not for profit sector would be highly regarded A current Working with Vulnerable People card Experience in using a range of IT and office applications Strong organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise work within tight deadlines to achieve results, problem solving skills and strong attention to detail Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships and negotiate effectively with a range of stakeholders to manage conflict Demonstrated experience in undertaking a range of administrative tasks whilst maintain a high standard of record keeping practices
Ability to drive a car and a current drivers licence will be highly regarded.
