APS 3 Business Support Officer

Assignment until 31 March 2020 with potential extension | Hourly rate of $36.27 plus 9.5% Superannuation | Lismore, NSW location

Our Federal Government client is seeking an APS 3 Business Support Officer who is professional, enthusiastic and respectful to be the first point of contact for clients. You will be assisting with enquiries, reception duties and appointment/ scheduling processes.

Your responsibilities:

  • Provide reception support including answering the telephones, emails and provide face to face enquiries
  • Booking and coordinating appointments, executive meetings and community forum
  • Provide information about the services the agency and community organisations can provide
  • Database management including entering customers details, recording communications and complaints

    Your background:

  • Demonstrated experience in providing reception or customer service duties in a corporate environment
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Ability to adapt to an ever changing environment
  • Intermediate experience using Microsoft Office Suite
