Our client, a federal government department based in central Melbourne, is seeking an experienced Assistant Contract Manager at the APS 5 level for a period of 10 months with the possibility of extension.
Duties for the role will include: Writing letters, writing reports, general correspondence Data Entry Compiling data and undertaking analysis General administrative tasks/functions Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Previous experience in a high volume office environment with competing deadlines along with outstanding skills with the MS Office Suite is essential. Previous contracts experience with data entry and data analysis skills would be highly regarded.
This is a security assessed position. Applicants must be an Australian citizen, with successful candidates either holding or having the ability to obtain a Baseline Australian Government security clearance or undergo other employment suitability checks.
