Our client, a well-known Federal Government Department is currently seeking a Senior Adviser to join their Performance Management team responsible for contributing to the development of and driving the implementation of the Department’s Performance Management Framework and initiatives that support accountability, autonomy and high-quality performance and development conversations between staff and managers.
