    Our client is seeking an APS4 Partner Performance and Relationships Officer to join their large Federal Government Department in Wollongong, NSW. The Partner Performance and Relationships Officer will be responsible for supporting the Account Management of aligned Partners, by assisting senior staff to support partners of the program within the community.

    The successful candidate will be required to;

  • Liaise with the Branch and other internal stakeholders to develop effective working relationships to drive performance and quality outcomes.
  • Monitor and report on the performance, including KPIs and where required, reviewing performance management reports and identifying trends and concerns.
  • Identify and actively notify the Senior Officer of any issues and risks to implementing corrective actions in consultation with relevant staff.
  • Coordinate and respond to complaints and quality assurance issues about the area and facilitate Partner complaints processing according to established Agency complaints and compliance processes.

  • The ability to manage confidential and sensitive information.
  • The ability to analyse information and make decisions, while exercising judgement.
  • Support staff to build a clear understanding of the scope and associated expectations of responsibilities and assist them to build a robust and responsive relationships

    Desirable:

  • It is highly desirable that applicants have an understanding of or lived experience in disability.
  • Relevant qualifications in human services, allied health, disability and/or demonstrated experience would also be advantageous, however not essential.
