Our Federal Government client is seeking an experienced Data Analyst to join their team on a contract until 30 June 2020 with possible extension. This position will commence early July 2019.
The successful candidate will work closely with the Agency data team to investigate data incidents and tickets raise, and successful resolve or triage to application development and support teams as required.
Duties include but are not limited to: Investigate data and EDW issues raised by business areas including the Agency’s Actuarial and data branch Differentiate incidents raised between data issues and application issues Support the ICT CRM application support team with application related issues when required
The successful candidate will have: Experience in wrangling and investigating data, using languages like SQL and SAS Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including strong root-cause analysis skills Experience using enterprise data warehouse, preferably using Teradata technologies Experience in data reporting platforms Experience with SAP platform Strong stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to communicate with a non-technical audience
