APS 4 Executive Assistant – Perth

Our client, a large Federal Government Department is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant at the APS 4 level for a period of 6 months with the possibility of extension.

Duties will include:

  • Provide high level executive and administrative support to the Branch and State Manager.
  • Act as first point of contact for the Branch and State Manager.
  • Manage the diary and emails of the Branch and State Manager.
  • Arrange appointments, travel and meetings for Branch and State Manager.
  • Acquittal of travel and credit cards for Branch and State Manager.
  • Provide high level administrative support to branch staff, including the coordination of Executive staff visits.
  • Coordinate requests to the WA State Office for information from internal and external stakeholders.
  • Maintain systems for recording and storing information and maintain databases to manage workflow for mail/correspondence.
  • Prepare correspondence.

    Previous experience in the APS at the APS 4 level would be highly regarded.
