Our ACT Government client located in Canberra’s CBD is seeking an experienced ASO5 Office Manager for an immediate start for 2 months with possible extension. The successful applicant will undertake a range of tasks to support the various functions within the branch.
The duties for this role under limited supervision include but are not limited to:
Supervising and managing the Director’s Office Administrative staff Overseeing the administration along with reporting workflow activities across the Branch to Senior Executives Financial management including overseeing of the Branches budget Manage human resource functions including, recruitment, professional development plans, performance/leave management.
These roles are ideally suited to someone who has:
Previous experiences in a range of ICT applications (preferably TRIM) Proven experience in high level written and oral communication Previous experience managing teams Previous experience managing sensitive and confidential information
Previous Government experience would be highly regarded.
