Our client, a centrally based federal government department is seeking an experienced APS 6 Systems Support Officer for a period of 6 months with the possibility of extension.
Previous experience understanding and enacting system and business processes and developing and managing changeable web text and user help on applications is essential.
Duties will include however, will not be limited to: Assisting with client account registration including client password resets Assisting users with system operation enquiries, including raising and logging system defects using tracking software. Providing input to update and maintain instructional material Undertaking system testing as required to support new updates and releases and providing summary reporting
The successful candidate will have outstanding customer service and stakeholder engagement experience, in particular in understanding and promoting ICT solutions.
Previous experience in a Business Process Improvement role in an ICT area for a federal government department will be highly regarded.
