Our client, a centrally located federal government department is seeking a Coordination Officer/Executive Assistant for a period of 6 months starting early December 2018.
This role will be responsible for providing high level coordination of requests for input/information from the Division.
Your duties will include;
Monitoring the Divisions mailbox Provide administrative support for parliamentary, governance and reporting processes and consolidate responses Assist with quality assurance processes Processing invoices Providing backup Executive Assisting support of the First Assistant Secretary
A current Australian Baseline Security Clearance would be highly desirable.
