Our client, a Federal Government department is looking for an APS 5 Housing Enrollment Officer to join their highly dynamic team based in their brand new offices in Geelong, Victoria.
This position will be offered on a contract basis until 30 June 2019 with the possibility of a further 6 month extension.
In this role, you will make decisions in regards to applications for premises to become enrolled for specialist accommodation. This will involve working with a range of stakeholders internally and externally and provide input into the preparation of advice including briefs and business intelligence reporting.
The successful candidate will ideally possess: Previous experience in application assessment An understanding in assessment processes High level of communication skills both verbal and written Strong judgement and problem solving skills High level of Microsoft Excel skills and the ability to perform high quality record keeping
