SOS Recruitment is currently working with a highly reputable and well-known client within Canberra to recruit an Administration Coordinator within the Aviation space to join their high performing Security Intelligence & Aviation Compliance team.

Within this role you will be responsible for the administration and delivery of our Security Identification Card applications. In addition to this, you will be responsible for;
Providing the first point of contact for all enquiries directed to the team Liaise with applicants and respond to enquiries in a timely manner; Checking applications for compliance and suitability; Issuing of licenses to successful applicants; Assisting with the co-ordination and follow up the return of expired licenses; Conducting reconciliation and reporting on a monthly basis to management; Identifying efficiencies within administration and processes for continuous improvement.
Our client is looking for a switched on and enthusiastic candidate ideally with a compliance or administrative support background. To succeed in this role you will have strong attention to detail, exceptional people skills and will be a great communicator. As you will be delivering exceptional customer service daily, you will need to demonstrate patience and resilience with the ability to remain focused in a busy environment.
This role will be offered on a permanent basis and will suit an experienced administrator looking to commit to their next role.
