Our Federal Government client is seeking an EL1 Change Manger for 6 months starting ASAP.
This position will be to design and implement a change management process to ensure the smooth and effective introduction of new departmental processes, assess the impacts of change on staff, scheme participants, partners and other stakeholders, and develop strategies for management.
This position is based in Geelong, Victoria and will include the following duties: Develop, implement and evaluate change management plans and schedules. Provide expert advice on the development of business impact assessments and change management plans. Support the coordination of change management activities. Prepare written briefs. Track and evaluate change management activities Undertake research, analyse opportunities and prepare recommendations for decision makers based on the application of all available evidence Contribute to team task and direction setting, business planning and developing staff capability through coaching and mentoring Develop productive relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
