Our client is seeking an experienced Client Services Officer to join their busy payroll team. This is a 3 month non - ongoing contract with an immediate start.
To be successful in this position you will have proven ability to interpret and implement relevant workplace agreements, legislation and policy guidelines relating to people matters as well as experience in the use of human resource management systems and a wide range of IT applications.
Duties include but not limited to:
Provide advice to departmental staff on a wide range of people matters. Undertake action in respect of complex conditions of employment matters. Maintain a variety of people records. Prepare and check leave and salaries variations. Prepare correspondence and liaise with clients regarding a wide range of issues. Assist with other people strategies work and projects.
Experience with Chris 21 is essential.
