Our client, an ACT Government department is seeking an experienced ASO 6 Customer Research and Data Analysis Officer to manage the Customer Experience Insights Program.
The contract is to commence as soon as possible until 27 May 2018.
The successful candidate will be required to develop, collate and analyse data, oversee contracts for external research agencies and develop reports to share customer experience information to the organisation.
Candidates are required to have:
Experience in collating, analysing and presenting customer research, data and statistics. Highly developed written communication skills and experience in writing plans and reports.
