Servicing a very loyal client base, your key responsibilities will include: Client relationship management. The ability to forge strong stakeholder engagement at all levels of an organisation Job matching candidates up to EL 2 level. Assessing, interviewing, short-listing, and reference checking temporary and permanent candidates Identifying and assessing client's recruitment requirements. Negotiating and quoting payroll options with candidates and clients. Maintaining and updating web site. Advertising and writing job vacancies Researching current employment Awards and Legislations. Other duties as required.
Essential Experience in Government recruitment polices and processes including senior level placements Excellent work ethic – reliability, commitment and dedication. Exceptional attention to detail Ability to participate and contribute to the team and organisational objectives. Ability and willingness to work under pressure and to tight timelines. Flexibility and preparedness to assist other staff in the office and undertake general administrative duties.
Beneficial Tertiary qualifications in human resources or similar will be highly regarded but is not essential.
Salary will be negotiated on the basis of skills and experience commencing at $80,000 pa plus super.
