Our Federal Government client, based in the Sydney CBD, is looking for an experienced APS 3 Client Contact Officer to join their busy and dynamic team on a contract basis until 30 June 2018.
The duties relevant to this role are as follows: High volume of client contact via phone, email and letters Stakeholder liaison Document scanning & preparation Compliance & quality assurance checking
To be successful you need to demonstrate the following: Strong English literacy skills and excellent communication skills High levels of Client Service Experience Ability to navigate IT systems efficiently Experience working in a busy team based environment Availability for an immediate interview and immediate start
This is a security assessed position. Applicants must be an Australian citizen, with successful candidate either holding or having the ability to obtain a Baseline Australian Government security clearance or undergo other employment suitability checks.
