Our government client is seeking an experienced Administration Officer at the APS 6 level commencing ASAP for a period of 6 months.
The key functions of the position include coordinating business support activities for reporting, policy, auditing and governance. The successful candidate will have strong analytical skills and be able to identity and interpret relevant and applicable legislation, polices, and strategies. You will be able to take initiative to work independently as well as work in a team and to be able to engage with business stakeholders as required and directed.
Experience in Microsoft Office Suite including Word and Excel would be highly beneficial. Candidates must have experience in a similar role at the APS 6 level or equivalent.
This is a security assessed position. Applicants must be an Australian citizen, with successful candidate either holding or having the ability to obtain a Baseline Australian Government security clearance or undergo other employment suitability checks.
