Our Government client is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant at the APS4 level.
This role is being offered for an initial 6 month period with the possibility of a further 6 month extension.
Duties of this role include:
Provide high level executive and administrative support to the Branch Manager. Be a first point of contact for all branch enquires. Arranging meetings, appointments and travel bookings. Provide high level administrative support to branch staff. Coordinate the workflow for the whole of the branch. Coordinate requests for information from internal and external stakeholders. Maintain systems for recording and storing information. Prepare minor correspondence.
You will be fully competent in the Microsoft Office suite of products and have the ability to maintain a variety of databases as well as the ability to navigate internal and external websites to source information.
