Our client is seeking a highly experienced Human Resources (HR) and Work Health Safety (WHS) Officer to join their Canberra team on a Permanent Full time basis.
The purpose of this position is to:
• Provide advice and assistance to the management team and staff on a wide range of Human Resources (HR) and Work Health and Safety (WHS) matters
• Develop policies and procedures and promote these to staff via information and training sessions
• Address all HR and Safety issues proactively and in accordance with legislative and better practice frameworks.
It is essential that you have a minimum of 2 years prior experience in a Human Resources/Work Health safety blue collar environment or relevant qualifications in HR Management and WHS
