Siebel Analysts
Ref. DK02130919 - ACT (Full-Time) : Register your interest

Canberra Location - $70/h (negotiable depending on skills an experience) – 12 to 24 months

The successful applicants will have proven skills and experience in Siebel Analyst roles, preferably with Commercial off the Shelf (COTS) product redevelopment. Understanding of agile methodologies is desirable. The role will require the Siebel Analyst to assist with 3 major projects.

The successful applicant should be able to demonstrate the following:

  • Good oral, written and communication skills;
  • Proven ability and commitment to work collaboratively toward common goals;
  • Possess effective planning problem-solving skills;
  • Multi-tasking attitude, equally comfortable operating from within both the technology and business environments;
  • Focuses on quality outcome; and excellent inter-personal skills.

    You will have 5 years Siebel Analyst experience working on a large number of projects, experience in coordination of analysis and design workshops and proven ability to review Siebel design documents so that they meet project and business outcomes.

  • APS5 Property Coordinator

    Our Federal Government client is seeking experienced APS 5 Property Coordinators to assist the Department’s National Property Team with their property scheme rollout project.

    Your responsibilities:

  • First point of contact for staff members regarding property and fleet matters while providing respectful management of all enquiries and issues
  • Providing high level administrative support including building and equipment maintenance, building access, building induction and upkeep of utility rooms
  • Performing site inspections, managing any issues and any WHS recommendations
  • Performing day to day property activities including reporting and following up of issues, liaising with JLL facilities team and tradespeople
  • Performing fleet management duties

    Your background:

  • Demonstrated property management or facilities management experience within the Australian Public Service
  • Demonstrated experience in coordinating a number of competing deadlines and enquires
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a virtual team to support the delivery of property activities
  • Highly developed oral and written communication skills to the extent necessary to provide effective customer service, resolve disputes and negotiate for positive outcomes.

As the Business Support Officer you will be the first point of contact for people within the office and provide high quality professional, friendly and respectful management of telephone enquiries, reception duties and appointment processes.

    Duties will include:

  • Front counter/reception support for the local office including guidance in the self-help kiosks
  • Assist with research and reports as directed

  • Work under limited direction to provide administrative support to the site team

You will be working in the Communications Branch which provides communication solutions and advice to support the Department deliver on initiatives. You will contribute to the improvement of their communication channels to ensure they meet the needs of their audiences.

    Our client is currently seeking an Internal Auditor on a contractual basis for 12 months with the possibility of extension. This opportunity is being offered at $60 an hour plus superannuation. In this role, you will contribute to the ongoing development and implementation of the main stakeholders risk management and internal audit frameworks.

    You will provide advice to relevant stakeholders in risk management frameworks and the control environment, monitoring and implementing changes to relevant frameworks to regulate and ensure best practice compliance. You will support and maintain a communication strategy to ensure there is an understanding of risk management and assurance processes and to build positive relationships with the key stakeholders.

    You will also be required to provide administrative support for internal audit projects and implement the findings, the issues that are raised and the changes required.

    Experience in a similar role and or qualifications in a relevant field would be highly regarded.
