Technology Consultants – Permanent – Perth CBD

Our global client based in Perth currently have opportunities for Technology Consultants, Senior Technology Consultants and a Technology Consulting Manager.

These roles focus on technology advisory and implementation services to deliver exceptional value to their clients.

You will be expected to understand and apply methodologies for delivering IT services to various clients and be able to work to deadlines, be re-active and adaptive.

These positions will be to consult to clients on IT strategy, digital transformation, technology innovation and digital disruption and development and implement the latest technology platforms and solutions such as Cloud, ERP and DevOps.

  • Diagnosing and improving business processes or operational technology models
  • Work with senior leaders on proposals and deliver technology solutions
  • Working on how to integrate multiple technology platforms to provide better information to our client’s decision makers

  • APS6 Grant Administration Design Officer – 12 month contract

    Our client is seeking an experienced Administrator for an APS 6 position in the Program Design team. You will be contributing to the Design phase of the grant administration process outlined in the Program Delivery Model (PDM). This role is for a 12 month contract with the possibility of extension.

    The duties in this role include:

    1. Assist in the Design for grant programs that meet the needs of the client agencies including:

  • Developing Grant Opportunity Guidelines in collaboration with client agencies
  • Facilitating risk assessments for grant programs, including activity design risk assessments and analysis
  • Ensuring grant processes are compliant with the Commonwealth grants framework and associated legislative requirements

    2. Establish and maintain relationships with stakeholders both internal and external

    The APS6 Senior Human Resource Advisor is accountable for delivering operational and administrative results in accordance with the requirements of their work area and team plans. They will have an extensive understanding of the requirements of the position, as well as the legislative, regulatory and compliance frameworks that underpin its activities.     APS 6 Cabinet Liaison Officer

    Our client, a centrally located federal government department is looking for 2 APS 6 Cabinet Liaison Officer to join their team.

    Both contracts require an immediate start. One contract will be until the end of August, the other is for 6-12 months.

    The main functions of this position may include, but are not limited to:

    • day-to-day handling of the department’s Cabinet business;

    • manage the department’s Cabinet documents and information via CabNet and CabNet+ Veiwer;

    • facilitate and coordinate the circulation of Cabinet documents to relevant line areas for action and response;

    • coordinate the provision of Cabinet Briefings for Ministers;

    • provide timely advice and support to Departmental officers and senior managers on processes, preparation and timings of Cabinet documents, responses and briefing material;

    • liaise and negotiate with our Ministers Offices; and

    The successful applicant will have a high level of understanding of cabinet processes and experience in whole of Government processes. Experience using CabNet and Cabnet+Viewer systems will be an advantage.
