EL1/2 Project Manager

Our highly reputable Federal Government client are currently seeking an experience Project Manager with a strong health and project management background to write and develop a framework and business model to deliver a program designed for the rehabilitation of veterans. The project involves developing and writing a detailed business model and framework for the delivery of this new program.

Working as the Project Manager, you will be responsible for delivering on key project milestones over an 8-10 week period initially, with the potential to extend. Key milestones will include;

  • Receive briefing from developers of the concept, read documentation prepared to date
  • Consult with external stakeholders including health insurers, rehabilitation service providers and academics about services currently delivered in the community
  • Prepare written options for the service delivery model and present options to the Executive for consideration
  • Develop a preferred program model including procurement options
  • Develop a project implementation plan suitable for hand over to internal implementation team

    The ideal candidate will have experience and skills working in government at the EL2 or EL1 level in program development and program management, specifically in the health or community services area. In addition to this, you will possess;

  • Demonstrated skills working in government at the EL2/EL1 level in project management and program development for health or community services/programs
  • High level written and oral communication skills
  • The ability to deal sensitively with a wide range of government and industry stakeholders
  • A nationally recognised Police Check that is no less than 6 months old
  • An ability to acquire an understanding of the Department’s strategic context to ensure alignment of the new program
  • The availability to undertake some travel as required

    Our Federal Government client, based in Geelong, is seeking experienced customer service and administration professionals to join their team as a Business Support Officer.

    As part of a team responsible for the smooth and efficient operation of the regional site office, the Business Support Officer will:

  • Provide administrative support to the Planner team.
  • Management of email and appointments / calendar system for local office and multiple staff.
  • Coordinate appointments with the use of Agency office facilities and ensure these facilities are neat and appropriately prepared for each participant.
  • Book and acquit all Planner travel and fleet management and coordinate credit card acquittal requirements.
  • Accurately enter initial participant details into the NDIS IT system.
  • Complete records related to participant plans.
  • Coordinate and organise meetings where necessary.
  • Provide information as part of general enquiries to the office.
  • Undertake a range of data entry responsibilities.
  • Receive and record complaints and other feedback in the Agency data base.
  • Record information provided by participants in the Agency database in relation to changes or issues with their plan and ensure these are assigned for follow-up.

  • Communications Manager

  • Undertaking reviews and monitoring activities and contributing to the teams quality control and assurance

    A community services agency is seeking an experienced Client Services Manager who has had previous experience in social policy, community issues or the not for profit sector.   • EL2 Service Design Lead

    The Service Design Lead is accountable for leading the service design team, providing Product Owner support for high level design, and developing and refining the ongoing experience enhancements backlog. The Service Design Lead will be accountable for team planning and prioritization in line with the Program goals, and will exercise a level of discretion with respect to how procedures and guidelines are interpreted and applied.

    You will:

  • Have a thorough understanding of the requirements of the position, as well as the legislative and corporate frameworks that underpin its activities
  • Be accountable for planning and leading the design teams activities in support of the program, project and team outcomes
  • Encourage innovative approaches to design techniques, enabling the design team to embrace different angles to a design problem
  • Be required to provide detailed technical, professional and policy advice and support in relation to the design of program products
  • You will be responsible for establishing and managing the relationships and liaise with key client stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle

    Responsibilities include:

  • Collaboratively lead the development of a roadmap of design-led initiatives that will enable the service outcomes of the program, including the research, analysis and identification of service challenges and opportunities, envisioning new service concepts and planning a program of work
  • Envision and communicate service concepts that illustrate all components and touchpoints of a new or enhanced service, leveraging contemporary design methods such as Human Centered Design
  • Developing and leading high-performing multidisciplinary teams and in utilising Human Centred Design, Lean and Agile delivery methods
  • Leading and designing research activities (quantitative and qualitative) with a broad section of people to inform current state experience and pain points to identify service enhancement requirements
  • Leading teams to design and present future state experiences through journey mapping, business process mapping, and development of design artefacts such as design briefs, acceptance criteria, blueprints, personas, journeys, scenarios and roadmaps
  • Utilise tools and methods to support the Agency to prioritise service enhancements, including desire ability, feasibility an viability of enhancements
  • Champion person centric decision making methods within the team and the broader business
