Workflow Production Officer

Our Federal Government client is seeking organised individuals with a high level of attention to detail to assist with a range of clerical and administrative tasks in the support of application documents.

Your responsibilities:

  • Assisting with the document production workflow including high volume of scanning, document preparation, personalisation and data quality
  • Undertake quality assurance of application forms
  • Using computer based technologies to crop images and verify application details
  • Operating printing and laminating machines as needed
  • Performing other administrative needs as required

    Your background:

  • Achieve work targets with the highest degree of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Demonstrated ability to work within a team environment to achieve the required objectives
  • The ability to work under pressure
  • Ability to interpret and follow policy and procedures
  • Willing to work in a rotating work station roster which includes 4 hours of standing work tasks per day

    Our well-known and reputable Federal Government client are seeking a Contract Manager at the APS5 level to join their established team responsible for supporting the planning, administration and conduct of funding arrangement management activities, gathering and analysing evidence to assess funding recipient performance and identify risks, issues and improvement opportunities, and helping to develop relationships to support productive partnerships.

    Working as the Contract Manager, you will be required to;

  • Monitor the service providers, provide analysis and insights
  • Conduct high quality administration of funding arrangement performance assurance activities
  • Gather and analyse evidence to assess funding recipient performance
  • Develop relationships with funding recipients to support productive partnerships
  • Record information obtained through engagements and other performance activities in corporate systems

    To succeed in the role, we are looking for someone with;

  • Well- developed analytical, problem solving and research skills including the ability to apply legislation and policy in decision-making
  • Organisational skills and ability to plan and manage a range of tasks within given timeframes
  • Well-developed written and oral communication skills with demonstrated ability to contribute to the preparation of a variety of correspondence and develop and maintain reports.
  • Ability to work effectively as a part of a team while maintaining flexibility and showing initiative.
  • Strong computer skills

    Ideal but not essential;

  • Proficiency in or an understanding of GovGPS & FOFMS systems and Data Exchange.
  • Previous experience in grant management

This team is responsible for supporting the design of programs and initiatives, providing high level policy advice, supporting targeted sector capacity building, providing strategic communications advice and support, supporting partners in the community delivery of projects and overseeing strategic projects.

    Responsibilities:

  • Prepare high level correspondence, briefs, reports and Ministerial correspondence

    Desirable:

  • Tertiary qualifications in human services, project management, finance, economics, law or business are desirable

    Our Federal Government client is currently seeking an APS5 Marketing Officer to join their team in Geelong. As the Marketing Officer you will play an important role in supporting the team to build the reputation and awareness of the Department. Working as part of a team you will help with the day-to-day execution of marketing plans and continuous improvement projects, playing a leading role in the Departments work towards fully accessible content. You will have a strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. It is desirable for you to have Tertiary qualifications in public affairs, media or marketing, journalism, communications of public relations.

    Duties will include:

  • Help manage the Marketing inbox answering brand and marketing enquiries
  • Assist with the day-to-day outputs associated with the Department’s print, design, warehouse, braille and translation contracts
  • Help develop internal brand, plain English and accessibility training and workshops to improve the quality of communications products being developed
