APS3 - Accounts Officer

Immediate start for 3 months with a strong possibility of extension.

Our client is seeking a proactive, results driven accounts officer to provide exceptional customer service and debt recovery assistance. Previous accounts or debt recovery experience will be highly desirable, as is experience within the APS.

The successful candidate will be adaptable to process data entry work, through to complex calculations and checking for discrepancies. Applicants must have the highest level of attention to detail. This role is located in the CBD.


APS6 Administration Officer

Our government client is seeking an experienced Administration Officer at the APS 6 level commencing ASAP for a period of 6 months.

The key functions of the position include coordinating business support activities for reporting, policy, auditing and governance. The successful candidate will have strong analytical skills and be able to identity and interpret relevant and applicable legislation, polices, and strategies. You will be able to take initiative to work independently as well as work in a team and to be able to engage with business stakeholders as required and directed.

Experience in Microsoft Office Suite including Word and Excel would be highly beneficial. Candidates must have experience in a similar role at the APS 6 level or equivalent.

This is a security assessed position. Applicants must be an Australian citizen, with successful candidate either holding or having the ability to obtain a Baseline Australian Government security clearance or undergo other employment suitability checks.

  • Customer Service Officer – ACT Government

    Our client a Government agency is seeking experienced call centre operators who are wanting to join a busy and dynamic team where you can really make a difference.     To be considered for these role, you must have had previous experience in a call centre customer service environment or equivalent such as Insurance, Hospitality, Government, or Sales combined with good administrative skills, exceptional communication, strong customer service skills and a great team work ethic.

    APS 4-6 Human Resources Positions

    We are seeking applications for a range of positions within a government department at the APS 4 to 6 levels. These positions will be offered on a 12 month non-ongoing basis and are to commence mid-January 2018.

    Duties include but are not limited to:

    Senior Payroll Officer
    Ref. SA 061217 (Full-Time) : Register your interest

    12 month contract with the possibility of extension. Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Payroll Officer to commence immediately.

    Duties:

  • Supervise and directly support the successful completion of all transactional processes involved with the processing of salary and wages
  • Supervise and directly support additional key processes including but not limited to; processing and maintaining leave accruals and entitlements, terminations and redundancies, taxation, end of month (EOM) and end of year (EOY) processes, salary packaging, Workers Compensation payments, deductions management and superannuation
  • Provide daily supervision of all staff within the shared services team that are across Payroll transactions
  • Provide escalation support, direction and advice to the business with respect to Payroll, Employee and Carer policies and procedures
  • Actively contribute to the implementation of organisational projects, strategies and initiatives

    Experience using MYOB/EXO in end to end payroll is essential and previous experience working with the NFP sector is highly regarded.
