ASO3 Debt Collectors

Our Government client is seeking experienced Debt Collectors at the ASO3 level for a period of 3 months commencing as soon as possible.

You will have strong communication skills with the ability to liaise with varied stakeholders as you will be responsible for speaking with clients, credit staff, accounts receivable departments, process servers, Private Investigators, Barristers and Solicitors to find solutions to payment problems.

Key duties will include:

  • Identify, locate and notify debtors of overdue accounts in writing, by telephoning and in person, and arrange for payments to be made.
  • Tracing addresses of debtors who have moved.
  • Arrange new repayment plans for debtors having difficulties making existing repayments.
  • Refer debtors' disputes to creditors if required.
  • Issue instructions for the commencement of legal action and enforcement to recover money.
  • Arrange for money and goods collected to be transferred to creditors' possession, and preparing statements of account for creditors.

    This position will suit someone with high volume data entry experience, a self-starter & someone who is able to work extra hours as required to meet operational needs.

    The successful candidates must be able to demonstrate the following in their resume: • Data entry skills of 9,000 characters per hour • Previous data entry experience • Ability to work independently and within a team environment • Ability to learn new processes quickly

    Project Manager and Technical Business Analyst

    Our client, a federal government department is seeking a Project Manager and a Technical Business Analyst

    The Business Analyst will work with various stakeholders and other ICT specialist resources and subject matter experts from across the Department and the broader external stakeholders within the sector, supporting the development of project deliverables, program objectives and the strategic direction of the Department.

    The Project Manager takes responsibility for the coordination, project management and support of Department products and outcomes in line with the Departments strategic objectives. This includes both business and technical delivery aspects of the project, from establishing the foundations of the project through to the deployment of the solution.

    Extensive experience at a senior level as a BA or a PM is essential and experience within the health sector would be highly regarded.

    The approximate hourly rate for this position is up to $100 per hour plus superannuation (depending on skills and experience).

    Our federal government client is seeking an experience Data Analyst for a 3 month period commencing ASAP.

    Experience in SQL and MS excel along with a high level of data analyst skills are required. This position will be to undertake complex data analysis and communicate results through reports and papers, with consideration to the policy context.

    Experience with data from FaHCSIA Online Funding Management System (FOFMS) is preferable but not essential.

    Data Analyst and Information Manager

    Our client, Alzheimer's Australia, an advocate for the needs of people living with all types of dementia, is seeking an experienced Data Analyst and Information Manager on a permanent basis.

    This position undertakes a strategic and an operational role to provide business analysis, data and system support to Alzheimer’s Australia National Office (AANO) and state/territory offices. The role is expected to identify, analyse and facilitate improvements to business systems, processes and workflows aligned with the overall business requirements, information and communications technology (ICT) strategy and the organisation’s operational plans.

    Duties included, however, not limited to:

  • Provide strategic advice and recommendations to the Executive on leveraging program requirements and technology to achieve continuous and sustainable improvements in data management, national data consistency and reporting.
  • Produce clear, detailed project scoping and design documentation to be used by technical specialists to build business appropriate solutions.
  • Monitor the technical development of systems implementation ensuring that key development milestones are met, that business improvements are included, and that the ultimate solution will be in accordance with the business requirements.
  • Research and remain current on technologies, trends, issues, standards and methodologies and identify opportunities to improve systems and process by providing recommendations to management on beneficial changes to policies and practices.
  • Take primary responsibility for developing and maintaining documentation related to the implementation and usage of TCM and Qlik Sense in Alzheimer’s Australia operations, including preparing and updating policies, procedures and resources as required.
  • Provide ongoing second level support and training to the TCM users and liaise with third level support provided by the software vendor or the IT Managed Services for the effective maintenance/issue resolution.
  • Manage key internal and external stakeholders to progress the organisation’s business objectives, which include but are not limited to, being the primary point of contact between Alzheimer’s Australia and software providers and facilitating relevant meetings with the vendor and other stakeholders.

    It is essential that you have a university degree or relevant qualifications in information and database management systems as well as being proficient in data extraction and analysis using SQL queries and relational databases.

    The annual salary for this position is approximately $85,000 plus super and FBT benefits. Salary is negotiable based on skills and experience.
