APS6 e-Commerce Manager

12 month hourly rate contract on offer | Inner South Canberra Location | $55 per hour plus 9.5% superannuation

Our Federal Government client is currently seeking an experienced e-Commerce Manager to join their office at the APS6 level. Supervising and managing a small team, you will undertake a range of activities including product management and content management on the Departments’ websites.

Your responsibilities will also include;

  • Supporting business reporting requirements, including the provision of analytic reports of online sales
  • Undertaking all e-shop online activities including developing and maintaining business plans of the e-shop, maintaining relevant search engine optimisation and staying up to date on online trends
  • Monitoring emerging issues and challenges that may impact business and ability to meet revenue targets
  • Ensuring an appropriate design, programming, debugging and testing of online-based activities
  • Participating in the development of online marketing campaigns
  • Analysing and improving e-commerce related performance and providing market intelligence, advice and feedback

    To be successful in this position, you will possess;

  • High level data analytics skills
  • Well-developed computer skills with demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • High level written and verbal communication and problem solving skills
  • Ability to understand and apply project management principles
  • Internal and external representative skills
  • Experience in supervising a small team
  • Excellent organisational and planning skills with good attention to detail

    A degree in e-Commerce, Computer Science or marketing plus 2+ years experience as an e-Commerce Manager would be highly advantageous.

  • APS6 Clinical Care Coordinator

    Our Federal Government client is currently seeking an experienced Clinical Care Coordinator to join their team at the APS6 level. Working collaboratively with clients and internal and external stakeholders, you will take a strengths-based, recovery approach to support vulnerable and/or at risk consumers to enhance wellbeing and participation in their community.

    Your responsibilities;

  • Providing high quality, evidence informed clinical services including intake, assessment and referral, complex case management, and case coordination to a caseload of clients
  • Maintaining clinical records, collating and analysing data from client records, and preparing reports
  • Liaising and forming partnerships with a range of stakeholders to influence a recovery approach to service delivery
  • Participating in community development and service promotion activities as required
  • Contributing to the development and delivery of programs as required
  • Participating and contributing to ongoing learning and development activities
  • Participating in program evaluation and research activities, contributing to project management activities, and providing feedback for ongoing development of clinical policies and procedures

    To be successful in this position, you will possess;

  • Qualifications of a Psychologist, Occupational Therapist, Accredited Mental Health Social Worker, or Nurse with mental health experience
  • Qualified Psychologists, Occupational Therapists and Nurses must have current registration with the Australian Health Practitioners Registration Agency (AHPRA)
  • Mental health accredited Social Workers must be registered with the Australian Association of Social Workers (AASW)
  • Working with Children and /or Vulnerable People Checks/Clearance held and maintained while employed

Providing leadership to the team, you will manage the day-to-day operations of the contact centre, including setting team priorities, managing resources and workflow to improve client service delivery and to ensure quality outputs for the contact centre.

    Your responsibilities will include;

  • Supervising staff, supporting individual health and wellbeing, and monitoring attendance, workload and performance
  • Collaborating with the leadership team to maintain team cohesion, identifying and addressing staff learning and development needs
  • Managing work output and monitor accuracy, quality of work and decision making against established performance standards
  • Developing, drafting and maintaining Contact Centre guidance documentation
  • Supporting staff through changes in business and process improvement

    To be successful in this position, you will possess;

  • Leadership experience in a contact centre or client service environment

    Our Federal Government client is currently seeking an experienced Capital Works Assessor to join their office on a short-term contract. Within this role, you will utilise your previous experience to assess capital work grant applications and provide a report on the feasibility and value for money of each applicant’s capital support project.

    The assessor will review the entire application, including the applicant’s responses to the selection criteria and the attachments, providing advice for consideration by the Selection Panel. The attachments that will be assessed will be;

  • Budget Proposal Template
  • Evidence of land/building ownership or permission from the land/building owner to implement proposal
  • Simple floor plan

    To be successful in this position, you must have Capital Works tender experience, including the review and completion of tender applications, and written reports for Department Executive.

    Our Federal Government client is currently seeking Senior Assessors to join their office at the EL1 level. Within this role, you will conduct detailed technical assessment of applications relating to high-risk medical devices. You will also lead a range of reform and business improvement projects, case management and external stakeholder management.

    Your responsibilities;

  • Interpreting and applying legislation, regulatory guidelines, international standards and best-practice when undertaking medical device evaluations
  • Providing timely, professional and accurate advice
  • Managing and evaluating high risk medical devices applications with considerable complexity and/or sensitivity
  • Reviewing and approving technical assessment reports
  • Contributing to project work relevant to medical device regulation and reform
  • Contributing expertise to communications and stakeholder engagement activities
  • Managing record keeping in accordance with the regulatory and legislative requirements

    To be successful in this position, you will possess;

  • Relevant qualifications in engineering, biotechnology or biological science degree
  • Highly developed analytical and problem solving skills
  • Ability to apply work knowledge, precedent and established legislation, policy, procedures and guidelines to situations involving a high level of complexity and sensitivity
  • Ability to provide significant and detailed advice on regulatory issues
  • Ability to interpret, draft and review policy and procedural documentation
  • Ability to manage workload include prioritisation, assignment of tasks, and maintaining statistics for reporting purposes
