Teachers Aide

Our client, a private IT firm based in South Canberra, is looking for a Teacher’s Aide to assist and support the head teacher with the delivery of training plans.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Assist with planning, designing and implementing curriculum.
  • Assist with policy writing and developing training materials.
  • Provide assistance in preparing lesson plans.
  • Deliver instruction in the absence of lead teacher.
  • Maintain student records and perform other clerical tasks.

    Government Contract Manager - Adelaide

    Previous experience in a Grants area in a federal government department at the APS 5 level or above is essential.

    Skills required for the role include:

  • GovGPS (or other grants management system experience) is highly desirable
  • Grant Management Expertise
  • An understanding of the Grant Life Cycle and Financial Acquittal Process

    Our client, a Federal Government agency, is seeking an experienced Travel Officer to support 2 SES Band 1 staff for a 6-8 week period starting ASAP.

    Working in a high performing team that is tasked with the coordination and arrangement of travel and logistics for the whole Agency, you will be the first point of contact with regards to travel requests.

    On a daily basis, the range of tasks to be undertaken include, but are not limited to:

  • Travel arrangement using QBT system and SAP for domestic and international travel
  • Accommodation booking
  • Invoice reconciliation
  • Coordination of travel arrangements for multiple stakeholders
  • Logistics planning

    To be successful in this role, you will have prior experience in a similar role, experience with QBT Software, preferably with a Baseline Clearance.

    Knowledge or experience, or ability to gain knowledge, in the use of Travel Requisition and Claim System (TRACS), HP Content Manager 9 (TRIM) and the Parliamentary Document Management System (PDMS) would be highly regarded.
