APS 4 Training Officer/Coordinator

Our client, based in the Sydney CBD, is looking for an APS 4 Training Officer/Coordinator to join their busy & dynamic team.


  • Under guidance of management, implement, deliver and evaluate specific training to staff related to the operations of the business.
  • Contribute to the design of training development programs based on both the business requirements and individual needs.
  • Establish and maintain a timetable, including forward planning scheduling of training programs.
  • Establish and maintain effective working relationships with other employees, managers and all stakeholders

    Experience in scheduling and organizing training programs is highly desirable. Good communication skills both orally and in writing are essential. Appropriate training will be provided to the successful candidate.

    This is a contract position that will be offered until 30 June 2018 with an immediate start.

    This position is s responsible for providing efficient and effective high level management support services and strategic advice to the Chief Financial Officer.

    As an Executive Officer you will have highly developed written and oral communication skills, the ability to work in a diverse environment by coordinating competing priorities with demonstrated experience in providing high level executive support, including managing correspondence, meeting preparation and logistics support where required.

    You will be responsible for a wide range of matters, including:

    - Developing strong working relationships with key internal and external stakeholders

    - Drafting of papers and operational policy documents for the Board, Committees and Executive Management Meeting

    Our Canberra based client has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Systems Engineer with a passion for Business Development on a permanent basis.

    Reporting to the ICT Director, this role will encompass 2IC responsibilities and be instrumental in the development of policies and procedures critical to the success of the IT department. This position would suit an IT Technical expert that can understand a business’s needs, build relationships and maintain a high level of client service.   • Microsoft online technologies - Office365, Azure, AWS
  • working knowledge of data centre architecture
  • Experience in virtualisation across multiple platforms (i.e. Hyper-V, VMware)
